How to add support videos on CrispChat

  • Open YouTube in your browser and search for your uploaded WowTo video on your YouTube channel.
  • Choose the video you want to share on your Crisp Help Desk and click on the option 'Share.'
  • Click on the option 'copy' to copy the YouTube URL.
  • Log in to your Crisp Chat account. Choose the option 'Help Desk' from the side bar menu on your dashboard.
  • Select an existing article or create a new one. Click on the option 'Insert a Video.'
  • Paste the YouTube URL of your WowTo video, and then click on the 'Insert Video' Button.
  • You can preview your video before publishing it by clicking on the 'Preview' option.
  • Click the 'Publish Article' button to save changes and deploy content.
  • Your video is now successfully uploaded to your Crisp Chat’s Help desk article.
