How to share WowTo video on hubspot

  • Open YouTube in your browser and search for your uploaded WowTo video on your YouTube channel.
  • Choose the video you want to share on your Crisp Help Desk and click on the option 'Share.'
  • Click on the option 'copy' to copy the YouTube URL.
  • Log in to your HubSpot account.
  • Click on the option 'Service' in the top menu and select the option 'Knowledge Base.'
  • Select an existing article or create a new one.
  • Click on the option 'Insert' in the top menu bar.
  • Choose 'Video' from the dropdown that appears and click on 'External Video.'
  • Paste the Youtube URL of your WowTo video, and then click on the 'Insert” button.
  • Preview your WowTo video before publishing the article.
  • Click the 'Publish' button to save changes and deploy content.
  • Your video is now successfully uploaded to your HubSpot Knowledge base.
