Steps

How to share WowTo video on Zoho Desk's Knowledge base

  • Go to your WowTo dashboard and open the project you want to export.
  • Generate the video and once that is done, click on the Share WowTo video from the sidebar.
  • Enable Sharing.
  • Copy the embed code.
  • Log in to the Zoho Desk dashboard and click on the plus icon on the top right.
  • Create a new article or open an existing one.
  • In the top toolbar menu, click on the 'Insert tab.'
  • Choose the option 'Embed Video' from the appeared dropdown menu.
  • Paste the embed code of your WowTo video and then click on 'Insert'
  • Publish changes and view the WowTo video in your Zoho Desk support portal.
