WowTo obtains only essential information from all users. Specifically for the WowTo app inside Slack, only the user details (name and email address) pertaining to the user creating the knowledge base is obtained and securely stored. No personal information is collected from all other Slack users who use the WowTo app to view videos from the knowledge base inside Slack.
The video projects created inside WowTo by the user are stored securely in our storage servers. If the user wishes to completely delete the data associated with his/her account, they can do so by using the ‘Delete Account’ option, which is available in the account settings inside the WowTo app. For any other information or support, the user can contact WowTo support at support@wowto.ai.
WowTo stores users’ project data securely in their storage server and is globally backed up for a specific period of time in order to address any inadvertent situation of data loss.
